1. Who we are
EQUEL is operated by ARAMKOR sp. z o.o., Poland. This policy explains what data is processed when you use equel.app and companion mobile applications.
2. Data we process
Account data: email address, display name, authentication session, user tier, and account creation/login timestamps.
CAD and job data: uploaded STEP, STP, and DXF files, generated DXF/ZIP/report files, job names, job metadata, preview information, and processing settings needed to produce results.
Technical data: basic server logs, request timestamps, IP address, device/browser technical information, and error information used for security, debugging, and reliability.
3. Payments
In-app subscription purchases are processed by Apple. EQUEL receives technical subscription information needed to verify access, such as product identifier, transaction status, expiration date, renewal events, and refund events. EQUEL does not receive or store full payment card details.
4. How data is used
Data is used to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce demo and paid access levels, generate production files, maintain account/job history, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal, tax, security, or accounting obligations.
5. CAD files
Uploaded files are processed on the EQUEL server to generate previews, slices, reports, and downloadable production files. Generated job files are stored under the user's account so they can be downloaded later. Anonymous preview uploads may be removed automatically.
6. Sharing
EQUEL does not sell user data and does not use advertising trackers. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, authentication, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service.
7. Storage and security
Connections are encrypted with TLS. Passwords, where used, are stored as hashes rather than plaintext. Access to production systems is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the service.
8. Account deletion and rights
Users can request account deletion from inside the iOS app or by contacting support. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data where applicable under GDPR and other data protection laws. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or accounting purposes.
9. Children
EQUEL is a professional manufacturing tool and is not directed at children.
