1. Service description
EQUEL is a server-based CAM preparation system operated by ARAMKOR sp. z o.o., Poland. It converts STEP, STP, and DXF files into previews, layered DXF production packages, combined DXF files, ZIP packages, and production reports for foam insert manufacturing.
2. Accounts and access
Anonymous users may use preview functionality where available. Registered demo users may process files within demo limits. Paid or business accounts may access production-size processing according to their active subscription or business agreement.
3. Subscriptions
Auto-renewable subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed by Apple. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings before the renewal date. Cancelling prevents the next renewal; access remains available until the end of the paid period unless Apple issues a refund or the account is otherwise terminated under these terms.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies and local consumer-law requirements. If Apple issues a refund, EQUEL access associated with that purchase may be revoked.
4. Business accounts
Organizations may receive access under a separate business agreement with ARAMKOR sp. z o.o. Existing business users can sign in with their EQUEL account.
5. User files and generated output
You retain ownership of CAD files you upload and production files generated for your account. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are lawful to process and that generated DXF files are checked before production.
6. Production verification
EQUEL is intended to reduce manual CAD/CAM preparation work, but generated output and cost estimates are tools to assist production — not guarantees. The operator remains responsible for verifying dimensions, slicing direction, material settings, machine suitability, and costs before cutting.
7. Availability and limitations
EQUEL requires internet access and server processing. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network problems, software updates, or infrastructure issues.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to access another user's data, bypass access limits, interfere with the service, or use EQUEL for unlawful purposes. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
